Every building project today
is an environmental project

That’s why M&E consultants, architects and building facilities and logistics managers rely on Atmosphere to help them meet the ever-changing
regulations surrounding air conditioning, heat recovery and ventilation.

By January 2006 new European rules on energy performance in buildings will come into force and form part of the UK’s national legislation. The regulations focus on the conservation of fuel and power in the ‘built’ environment and they apply to new buildings and new construction projects as well as refurbishments and refits of existing buildings over 1000m².

Builders, contractors and suppliers alike have an obligation to:

• improve energy efficiency; (non-domestic buildings need to be 25% more energy efficient than at present)
• increase the use of renewable energy
• reduce CO2 emissions
• minimise heat gains and losses, including solar

Does your project comply? Remember that Part L demands that new buildings should not be allowed to overheat.

At Atmosphere our designs are highly energy efficient and more environmentally friendly than comparable installations from other companies. Put us to the test.
